One price per person.
Free for up to 3 people. Past that, everyone is $3 a month, or $30 a year. You keep paying your mail host as you do today.
Up to 3 people, no time limit. Everything PeepEn does, with no features held back.

For 4 people or more. Everyone is billed, including the first 3. Cancel any time; it runs to the end of the month you paid for.
- Billed in advance each month
- Someone added mid-month: no charge until next month
- Remove people any time: the next bill is lower
Same as monthly, paid once a year: $30 instead of $36.
- Billed in advance each year
- Someone added mid-year: charged for the full months left in the year ($2.50 a month), on the next month's bill
- Remove people any time: the renewal is lower

Questions
About billing
Who counts as a person?
Each person account in PeepEn that isn't disabled. Shared mailboxes, groups, rooms and equipment are free; only people count.
Why do the first 3 get billed once we pass 3?
The free plan is for very small teams. Once you're past it, one simple price for everyone keeps the bill easy to read: 10 people is $30 a month.
We add someone halfway through the month. What happens?
On the monthly plan, nothing until your next monthly bill, which includes them. On the yearly plan, they're charged for the full months left in your year, on the next month's bill. Example: added in month 6, they're charged for months 7 to 12, 6 × $2.50 = $15.
Do we need a card to start?
No. The free plan needs no payment details, and neither do trials. You only add a payment method when a payment is due.
Is sales tax added?
Where it applies, yes: it's worked out by our payment processor from your address and shown on the bill.
What if a payment fails?
Nothing changes for 30 days. After that, PeepEn's admin side locks until the license is paid. Mail never stops.
Can we get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy.
Do you have a plan for IT providers who look after several companies?
One account can hold several companies, each with its own key. Write to info@peep.moe about reselling.
