People and groups
Add each person once. Put them in a group (Sales, Office) and they get that group's mailboxes and calendars automatically, with nothing to set up on their desk.
Peep Enterprise · PeepEn
Peep Enterprise (PeepEn) turns the mail your business already pays for (cPanel, your web host, your ISP) into a proper team setup: shared mailboxes, shared calendars, a company directory, out-of-office replies and room booking. It runs on your own server. Your mail stays where it is.
Free for up to 3 people. Past 3, $3 per person a month, or $30 a year. No card needed to start.
What it adds
Hosted email works, but it stops at one person and one inbox. PeepEn adds the parts a team actually misses, and one admin sets it all up.
Add each person once. Put them in a group (Sales, Office) and they get that group's mailboxes and calendars automatically, with nothing to set up on their desk.
sales@, support@, info@: the whole team works the same inbox, each with their own sign-in, their own name and signature. No password passed around.
Group calendars, colleagues' calendars shared at see / change / delegate level, and invitations between colleagues that land at once.
Book the meeting room or the projector by inviting it. Double bookings are refused, and the invite editor shades who's busy.
Set it in Peep; the server sends it, once per sender per day, even when nobody has Peep open. It never answers lists, bounces or other robots.
Everyone in one address book, next to each person's own contacts, on the web, on Windows and on phones.
Calendars and contacts appear in the phone's own apps: a QR code on iPhone, DAVx⁵ on Android. Phone mail stays plain IMAP.
Everyone gets Peep in the browser, and Peep for Windows links to the same server with a username and setup code.
People, groups, mailboxes, devices, rooms, company settings and an audit log. Disable someone and they're signed out everywhere.
How it works
PeepEn is a PHP app with no database server to install. It runs on ordinary shared hosting (cPanel) or a small VPS.
Make an account. Your license key shows up as soon as you confirm your email. The free plan covers up to 3 people.
Upload the zip to your hosting and open its address. Setup asks for the key, makes the Owner account and your mail server settings. Setup guide
Admin center → People. Each person gets a setup code and a printable welcome sheet, and picks their own PIN.
Pricing
Keep paying your mail host as you do now; PeepEn sits on top. Past 3 people, everyone is $3 a month, or $30 a year (two months free). The big business suites start at more than twice that per person, and you'd be moving all your mail.
Questions
No. PeepEn signs in to the mailboxes you already have at your host, over IMAP and SMTP. If you stop using PeepEn, your mail is exactly where it was.
On your server: a cPanel hosting account (PHP 8.1 or newer) or a VPS. It keeps its data in SQLite next to your site, outside the web folder. Nothing about your mail passes through peep.moe.
Once a week PeepEn checks its license: the key, an install ID, how many people are active, and the version. No names, addresses or mail. See the Privacy Policy.
Nothing for 30 days. After that the admin side locks (no new people, groups or mailboxes) until the license is renewed. Everyone's mail keeps working the whole time.
Yes: those sign in with Microsoft instead of a password. But PeepEn is built for businesses on ordinary hosted mail; if you're already on Microsoft 365 you have most of this.
Yes, their mailboxes are untouched. They just won't see the shared calendars, the directory or the shared mailbox features there.
Not yet. Phones get the calendars and the directory in their built-in apps (CalDAV / CardDAV), and mail through the phone's own mail app.
