Peep for Windows 1.15.1 - portable
https://peep.moe

Run peep.exe. Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Nothing to install.

Where your data goes
Because a "data" folder sits next to peep.exe, everything (mailboxes, PIN,
cached mail, address book, notes, rules) is kept in that folder, so the
whole Peep folder can live on a USB stick. To keep data in
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Peep instead, delete the empty "data" folder before the
  first run.

The data folder is locked to your Windows user on NTFS drives. Saved
passwords are encrypted for your Windows user, so on another PC you type
  them again.

Linking to a Peep server
Settings > Peep server > Link. Type the server's address (for example
mail.example.com/peep) and its PIN once. Server mailboxes come over without
their passwords; notes, contacts and rules are shared.

Forgot the PIN
  Run: peep.exe --reset-pin
This also removes saved mailbox passwords and the server link. Mail
  already on the PC stays.

Keys
Press F1 or ? inside the app for the full list. Shift+N opens notes.

What changed in each version: CHANGELOG.txt. Third-party licenses are in
the licenses folder.

Developer console
Press ~ (Shift + `) outside a text box: the last 50 events on this PC and
on the linked server. Copy puts it on the clipboard; ~ or Esc closes it.
